Dealing Method
1. Contact via Phone or Email (Preferably). Download the Order Form by clicking here.
2. After filling out the form, email it to redmonkeytee@gmail.com
3. Wait for our confirmation email which will contain payment particulars.
4. Please allow 2-3 days for the items to be shipped out. It will take an additional 1 week if item is out-of-stock.
5. Pos Laju is RM9 to West Malaysia, RM7 to East Malaysia
6. For those that want to deal via Cash on Delivery (COD) method, please SMS or call 016-8992864 (Mr Lee, KUCHING) or 016-8682861 (Mr.Kuok, KL). COD available @ Kuching (Swinburne University of Technology, Kuching High School, or The Spring) or KL (Setapak LRT)
Terms & Conditions
· Orders are on a first come first serve basis.
· Full up-front payment has to be made for postage orders.
· Please allow 1-2 weeks for pre-ordered shirts when out of stock.
· Goods sold are non-refundable.
· Seller will not be held liable for items damaged during the shipping process. However, we do ensure the items are in perfect condition before shipping out.
